Today was a great day for me! I had my 6 month check up and cleaning. The visit was amazing! My hygienist is so gentle and friendly. Dr Shimunov is so thorough and attentive to my concerns. As a fairly new patient, I have found my new dental home.💜

The doctor and staff determined my dental problem causing pain and proceeded to solve my dilemma with a crown on my molar. They actually created my crown while I was there! Amazing!!

The D.L. DENTAL office manager would not , at first, accept my insurance, then they did accept it, then they refunded the fulll amount, then they wanted it back. The office manager said I could not receive service until I paid. I asked her to call my insurance, who asured me they would pay all of it, as soon as the manager gave all the info about my treatment. I had just been on the phone with insurance. she did not. My husband and I asked how she wanted to be paid, by this time I was really stressed, The manager got up and walked out, leaving us shocked. We were later told there is no manager, there is a new owner of the place and no one is in charge. It was awkward and embarrassing and no customer service!

Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming! They make sure of that as soon as you walk in and are greeted by smiling faces! My son was treated with respect and care, and loved getting a surprise from the treasure box. This is truly one of the best Dentists I have been to!

Dr Boitet is not only a highly skilled and experienced Dentist; he is a genuinely GOOD person. He leads his staff by example. It is evident by the welcoming feeling you get when you walk through the door. His entire staff is kind, efficient, and expertly trained. They have gone above and beyond for me throughout my lengthy treatment plan. I respect and trust Dr Boitet and his staff and I am so grateful for the amazing care they always show me.
